Where are you located?
Currently U-R-SO business team operates from our office in Muenster, Germany.
While U-R-SO creatives and production studio are located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Where do you produce your garments?
All our garments are produced on highly qualified manufacturers in Ukraine. Some of our most intricate items we produce in our own production studio in Kyiv.
About product
What materials do you use?
We use only materials of natural origin for underwear production.
Our organic cotton is certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard. The GOTS certificate confirms that the cotton was grown, harvested, and produced without pesticides, heavy metals, and other toxic substances. GOTS also guarantees decent working conditions for textile workers. It is issued to producers of raw materials and manufacturers, and we use the corresponding certified fabrics in our underwear production.
In making our Special line, we use bamboo fabrics and silky viscose - rayon. These materials are produced from wood fibers. During their manufacturing process, the water usage is reduced.
Our swimwear is made from the world-renowned ECONYL® - a regeneraded nylon produced from textile waste, plastic waste, and fishing nets collected in the oceans.
How can I choose the right size?
The sizes of the U-R-SO underwear correspond regular European sizing system. You can check the sizing chart placed on every product page or on the Size Guide section.
How to take care of your products?
Caring for U-R-SO underwear and clothing is simple. For the most of our products the machine washing is allowed. Set a delicate mode and use a special detergent for the best washing results and durability. You can find detailed care tips in the description on each product pge. If you need further advice, give us a note.
Will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?
The item you love has suddenly gone out of stock? Subscribe via the 'Notify me' button on the selected product page to receive exciting news when the item will available for purchase again.
Orders and payments
Can I place an order for a made-to-measure item?
Unfortunately, we don’t customise orders at this time, and you can only purchase from the stock. Contact us to have a sizing advice and we do our best to help with your perfect set. We are answering via email: contact@u-r-so.de
How can I get a discount?
There are a couple of ways to get a discount on your order:
- Subscribe to our newsletter and get a -5% discount on your first order.
- Follow our Instagram page with news and promotions, sometimes we post exclusive offers for our gang.
- Join our U-R-SO Gang program, that we will announce soon.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If the payment has already proceed, but you decide to change or cancel the order, email us here: contact@u-r-so.de for support.
Shipping and returns
How to get free shipping?
Free shipping will be automatically added to your order if it is over 80 euros.
How can I find out if my order is on the way?
After sending the order, you will receive the tracking number of the postal service via your email. You can check the order status in the application or on the website of the postal operator. If you haven't received the tracking number, please email us here: contact@u-r-so.de for support.
What to do if I get a damaged product?
If you can take a photo of the defect, send us a photo and a short message to our email: contact@u-r-so.de. We do our best to prevent such situations from happening, so we'll be grateful for your cooperation and try to solve the issue ASAP.
Can I order delivery to my country?
Currently, we ship orders across Europe from our European warehouse, including Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein. We also deliver to Switzerland and the UK.
How can I return products?
All goods purchased on the website can be returned if the packaging is preserved within 30 days from the receipt. The full information on exchange and returns you can find in special section.
