You want to return a product or exchange it for another size? That is not a problem at all. 

You have 30-days return and exchange!

How can I return purchased items?

If you wish to return an item that does not suit you, you may do so within 30 days of the order date. Please send an email to contact@u-r-so.de incl. your order number to register your return.

Please note that shipping costs or import duties on your returns will not be covered or refunded by U-R-SO. 
The shipping cost for the retour should be covered by customer. 

We appreciate any feedback you can provide on your returned items, including what we could change or improve.

What is your return policy?

We can only take back the products if they are in their original condition, which means they are unworn and new, in the original packaging and all original tags attached. Returns that are worn, altered, soiled or broken cannot be refunded. 

Please note that stockings can only be returned and exchanged if the packaging remains unopened. We do not accept returns of stockings that have been removed from their packaging and tried on. 
 
After you register the return please send us the items in original postal package to the address provided by manager.

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping or for the loss of your item during transit.

I would like to exchange items. How can I do that?

To start an exchange, simply email us at contact@u-r-so.de with the details of the items you wish to return and the items you'd like to receive. We will then guide you through the next steps.

When will I be refunded?

You will be refunded within 14 working days after your package has arrived at our warehouse by the original payment method.
