How to define the bra size?

For the most accurate fit, wear a lightly lined bra or bralette. First, measure snugly around your body, right under your breasts. That's your band size. Next, measure around the fullest part of your bust. That's your bust size. Now, compare your measurements with our size chart to select the best option for you. Need an advice? All U-R-SO body straps are made from soft elastic certified with the OEKO-TEX 100 Standard, proving they are safe for your health. The hardware is made from hypoallergenic metal and is completely adjustable to avoid pinching, ensuring the most comfortable wearing experience.

Do you make custom orders?

We don't offer custom orders, but we're constantly working to extend our size range to ensure the best fit. If you can't find your size or your chosen size doesn't fit well, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve our size range quickly. New design ideas also are welcome!

How to return or exchange an order?

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@u-r-so.de to start the return process.

For a size exchange, simply return the item you have and place a new order for the size you need.

If you're unsure about sizing or style, we recommend ordering a few options at once. You can return the ones that don't fit and keep the one you love.
