Shipping policy
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all addresses in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). Also, we deliver to Switzerland (CH) and the United Kingdom (UK). As well as Canada (CA) & United States (USA). Please note that all taxes and customs duties are paid by the recipient of the parcel. The deliveries proceed from our Germany warehouse.
Once we receive your order, it takes 1-3 business days to prepare and ship, but we always try to do it as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 16:00 on Friday and weekends are shipped within 1-3 business days. Sometimes, due to increased order volume (for example, during promotions), it may take longer delivery time.
How much does the delivery cost?
Within Europe, United Kingdom and Switzerland we deliver with DHL only and charge 4,95 EUR for orders under 80 EUR in total.
For Canada and United States we charge 8,00 EUR for orders under 80 EUR in total.
For all orders over 80 EUR, the delivery costs will be taken over by us, so the delivery is free for you.
Can I have my order delivered to a packing station in Germany?
In most cases, our shipments can be dropped in the mailbox. We do not deliver to packing stations.
What can I do if the package is damaged or something is missing in my delivery?
Please check directly upon receipt of the delivery if your package has been damaged during delivery. If you find any defects after unpacking your package, please send us an email to contact@u-r-so.de and we will find a solution.
Are the packages you use recyclable?
Yes! U-R-SO uses only envelopes and packages made of 100% recyclable materials, manufactured in Europe. You can dispose of them in the waste paper. To protect your ordered underwear from further damage in the outer packaging, we wrap it in tissue paper, which you can also dispose of in the waste paper.
