Where do you deliver? 

We deliver to all addresses in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). Also, we deliver to Switzerland (CH) and the United Kingdom (UK). As well as Canada (CA) & United States (USA).

Please note that all taxes and customs duties are paid by the recipient of the parcel.

The deliveries proceed from our Germany warehouse.

 

How long does it take to process and deliver the order?

Once we receive your order, it takes 1- 4 business days to prepare and ship, but we always try to do it as quickly as possible. Sometimes, due to increased order volume (for example, during promotions), it may take longer delivery time. 



After dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Delivery within Germany usually takes 1-2 days, to other European countries 2-5 days, and outside Europe around 5-14 days. 

 

How much does the delivery cost? 

We have different shipping costs depending on the destination.

Domestic Shipments (Germany): €4.95 for orders up to €90. Free shipping for orders over €90.

EU Countries (Excluding Germany): €6.00 for orders up to €90. Free shipping for orders over €90.

Non-EU European Countries (e.g., UK, Switzerland, Norway): €8.00 for orders up to €90. Free shipping for orders over €90.

Worldwide Shipments (e.g., USA, Canada, and all other countries): €20.00, regardless of the order value.

 

Do you have free delivery option?

We offer free shipping within Europe for all orders over €90.

Free shipping is not available for orders to the US, Canada, and other countries.

 

Can I have my order delivered to a packing station in Germany?

In most cases, our shipments can be dropped in the mailbox. And we deliver to packing stations, too.

 

What can I do if the package is damaged or something is missing in my delivery?

Please check directly upon receipt of the delivery if your package has been damaged during delivery. If you find any defects after unpacking your package, please send us an email to contact@u-r-so.de and we will find a solution.

 

What can I do if my order is lost during the delivery?

Please contact your local postal service provider, referring to the tracking number we sent after your order was shipped. If the issue remains unresolved, please email us at contact@u-r-so.de

 

Are the packages you use recyclable?

Yes! U-R-SO uses only envelopes and packages made of 100% recyclable materials, manufactured in Europe. You can dispose of them in the waste paper. To protect your ordered underwear from further damage in the outer packaging, we wrap it in tissue paper, which you can also dispose of in the waste paper.
