1. Scope of validity
The offers on our website https://u-r-so.com are directed exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. any natural person who concludes the purchase for a purpose that can be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his professional activity.
2. Contracting party/Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with u-r-so UG. The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English.
The presentation of the products in the online store is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can add products to cart and start the checkout process to place an order.
The order confirmation together with the acceptance of the order, takes place directly after sending an automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation or the actual delivery, the purchase contract is concluded.
Ordering via our online store involves a total of four steps. In the first step, you select the desired underwear and add to the cart. In the second step (checkout), you enter your customer details including billing address and, if applicable, a different delivery address. In the third step, you select the shipping and payment method. In the last step, you have the opportunity to check all details (e.g. name, address, payment method, items ordered) once again and correct them if necessary before you send us your order by clicking the button "Pay now".
If you have selected the payment method PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the contract is concluded at the time of the confirmation of the payment instruction to the corresponding payment service provider.
All prices in our webshop are final prices, including VAT.
3. Delivery costs
We deliver within Europe as well as the UK (United Kingdom) and Switzerland. We charge a flat rate of EUR 3.90 per order for delivery. From an order value of 60 EUR we take over the shipping costs, so the delivery is free for you. An overview of the shipping costs can be found here: How we deliver
If the product you specified in the order is temporarily out of stock or no longer available, we will inform you immediately. We deliver only by mail order. Due to logistical reasons, you can unfortunately not pick up your order at our office.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
We offer in our webshop five payment options which are: PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay, Klarna and credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard).
If you select one of those providers, you will pay the invoice amount via the corresponding provider.
To illustrate this, the ordering process with the online provider PayPal is described below:
Before completing your order in our webshop, you will be linked to PayPal and have to follow the further instructions from PayPal. Once the payment process with PayPal has been completed, you will be redirected back to our webshop and complete the actual order process in our webshop. As soon as we get notified by PayPal with the payment confirmation, we will deliver your order.
There is also the option of using a quick checkout process for PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The corresponding payment button is located directly in the shopping cart. If you pay your order with Apple Pay, for example, you do not have to enter your credit card information or delivery address manually. Apple Pay provides us with the relevant information to the payment provider.
The Klarna payment method is only available for customers in Austria, Finland, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
6. Retention of title
The product remains our property until full payment has been made. Until the time of full payment, the product may not be resold, pledged, transferred by way of security or encumbered with other rights.
7. Cancellation policy
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within thirty (30) days without any reason. The statutory withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days and is voluntarily increased by us to thirty (30) days. The withdrawal period is thirty (30) days from the day when you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a receipt confirmation. The deadline is met if you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period (30 days).
Consequences of the revocation
If you revoke this contract completely, we will refund you all payments we have received from you in regards to your order, including delivery costs, at the latest within ten (10) working days starting from the day when we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For the refund, we will use the same payment that you used for the original transaction. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back in our office or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You have to return the goods within thirty (30) days starting from the day when you notify us that you are going to return the goods. Please send the goods to:

Please be aware that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

8. Transport damages
If the goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org to solve/replace your order if needed.
Discount codes are limited to unique use per customer/address, unless no other statement is mentioned.
When handling your personal data, we comply with all provisions of the Data Protection.
11. Place of jurisdiction
As far as legally permissible, German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory provisions of the state in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected. If you do not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or if you move your place of residence abroad after conclusion of the contract or if your place of residence is not known at the time of filing the action, the place of jurisdiction for disputes shall be our respective registered office.
