You want to return a product or exchange it for another size? That is not a problem at all. 

You have 30-days return and exchange!

How do I retour something?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days. Please send an email to contact@u-r-so.de incl. your order number to register your return.

If you are unable to initiate your return online, you can mail it to:

Please note that shipping costs or import duties on your returns will not be covered or refunded by U-R-SO.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and include the original tag. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during return shipping or for the loss of your item during transit.

If your return is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

We kindly ask you to contact us before returning something. In this way, unnecessary shipping can be avoided and we protect the environment as well.

What is your return policy?

We can only take back the products if they are in their original condition, which means they are unworn and new, with all original tags attached. So please, return products in their original packaging. Returns that are worn, altered, soiled or broken cannot be refunded.

For reasons of hygiene, we will not resell returned items.

I would like to exchange items. How can I do that?

The easiest & fastest way is to send the items back to us as a return and to order the desired item again. Please contact us to get a free shipment label for exchange. 

When will I be refunded?

You will be refunded within 14 working days after your package has arrived at our warehouse by the original payment method.
