Where are you located?
The U-R-SO business team operates from our office in Muenster, Germany, while our creative and production studios are located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Where do you produce your garments?
All our garments are produced by highly skilled manufacturers in Ukraine. Our most intricate pieces are handcrafted in our own production studio in Kyiv.
About product
What materials do you use?
The fabrics, elastics, and raw materials used in our collections are OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified, ensuring they are entirely skin-safe and free from harmful substances.
Our lace is sourced from deadstock—premium remnants from French and Italian factories. By repurposing these high-quality materials, we significantly reduce industrial waste.
How to choose the size of stockings?
To determine your size, you'll need to measure your height and your weight and compare them with our size chart. If you are between sizes, it's often a good idea to choose the larger size for more comfort and a smoother fit.
How to define the size?
Our products are true to size and correspond to standard European sizing. We recommend choosing your usual size or referring to the measurement tips and size chart found on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest opting for the larger size for a more comfortable fit.
How to take care of your products?
Most items can be machine washed on a gentle cycle (30°C) using a mild detergent. To preserve the delicate fibers, we recommend hand washing our stockings. You can find detailed care instructions on each product page.
Will an out-of-stock item be back in stock?
Found something you love but it’s sold out? Subscribe via the 'Notify Me' button on the product page, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s back in stock!
Orders and payments
Can I place an order for a made-to-measure item?
We don't offer custom orders, but we're constantly working to extend our size range to ensure the best fit. If you can't find your size or your chosen size doesn't fit well, please let us know. Your feedback helps us improve our size range quickly. New design ideas also are welcome!

Shipping and returns
Can I order delivery to my country?
We deliver to all addresses in Europe (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden). Also, we deliver to Switzerland (CH) and the United Kingdom (UK). As well as Canada (CA) & United States (USA).
Please note that all taxes and customs duties are paid by the recipient of the parcel.
The deliveries proceed from our Germany warehouse.
How can I find out if my order is on the way?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can monitor your delivery status through the shipping provider's website or mobile app. If you haven’t received your tracking details, please contact us at contact@u-r-so.de for support.
How to get free shipping?
We offer free shipping within Europe for all orders over €90.
Free shipping is not available for orders to the US, Canada, and other countries.
What to do if I get a damaged product?
If you notice a defect, please email a photo and a brief description to contact@u-r-so.de. We strive for perfection in every piece and appreciate your help in maintaining our quality standards. Rest assured, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How can I return products?
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email us at contact@u-r-so.de to start the return process.
For a size exchange, simply return the item you have and place a new order for the size you need.
If you're unsure about sizing or style, we recommend ordering a few options at once. You can return the ones that don't fit and keep the one you love.
Please note that stockings that have been unpacked cannot be exchanged or returned.
