To keep your lingerie and stockings in good condition, we recommend washing them with similar colors on a hand-wash cycle at a temperature no higher than 30 degrees Celsius. A delicate detergent is the best choice.

We deliver to all addresses in Europe. Also, we deliver to Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and Canada but please note that the recipient of the parcel pays all taxes and customs duties. The deliveries are proceeded from our Germany warehouse.

Once we receive your order, it takes 1-3 business days to prepare and ship it, but we always try to do it as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 13:00 on Fridays and weekends are shipped within 1-3 business days.
