We deliver to all addresses in Europe, as well as to Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and Canada. Please note that for shipments outside of EU, the recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes and customs duties. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
Once we receive your order, please allow 1–5 business days for preparation and shipping. We always aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.
Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original packaging, with all product tags preserved, within 30 days of the purchase date.
Please note that stockings can only be returned and exchanged if the packaging remains unopened. We do not accept returns of stockings that have been removed from their packaging and tried on.
The cost of delivery, taxes, and customs duties, as well as return shipping costs, will not be covered or refunded by U-R-SO. To start the return process, please write to contact@u-r-so.de.
