We deliver to all addresses in Europe. Also, we deliver to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA, and Canada, but please note that the recipient of the parcel pays all taxes and customs duties. The deliveries are proceeded from our Germany warehouse.

Once we receive your order, it takes 1-3 business days to prepare and ship it, but we always try to do it as quickly as possible. Orders placed after 13:00 on Fridays and weekends are shipped within the next 1-3 business days.

Most often, items picked according to our size chart fit well. In any case, you can exchange or return the order within 30 days of receipt. The shipping costs for the return, as well as any applicable taxes and duties, should be covered by the customer.
