To ensure your strap accesories last longer, we recommend washing them by hand at a temperature not exceeding 30 degrees. A delicate laundry detergent is best suited for washing.

Due to the elasticity of the tape and adjustment, the size of the garter can be adjusted within the range of two sizes. For a comfortable fit, simply slide the straps up. If you need help choosing a size, please contact us.

We deliver to all addresses in Europe, as well as to Switzerland, the UK, the USA, and Canada. Please note that for shipments outside of EU, the recipient is responsible for all applicable taxes and customs duties. Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Germany.

Once we receive your order, please allow 1–5 business days for preparation and shipping. We always aim to fulfil orders as quickly as possible.

Returns are accepted for unworn items in their original packaging, with all product tags preserved, within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that we do not accept returns of items that have been worn or altered and tags removed.
